As the lead designer for the Community Education Booklet at the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC), I manage the full layout and visual development of this seasonal publication. The booklet serves as a comprehensive guide to CCAC’s non-credit and community education offerings, distributed widely across the region to engage learners of all ages.

This ongoing freelance project covers three major releases per year—Fall, Spring, and Summer—with each edition reflecting the unique programs and themes of the season while maintaining visual consistency with CCAC’s brand.
Role & Responsibilities:
Layout Design in InDesign:
I build each booklet from the ground up in Adobe InDesign, carefully organizing course information, schedules, and key messaging in a clear, accessible, and visually engaging format. Consistency and readability are prioritized to ensure all audiences can easily navigate the offerings.

With each seasonal update, I incorporate new courses, revise layouts, and refresh visuals while maintaining a cohesive structure across all editions. This involves working closely with CCAC’s marketing and community education departments to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
